Santa Cruz de Artazu Blanco comes from vineyards located at 450 to 600 meters’ altitude on white calcareous clay soil. Organic viticulture is practiced, respecting the environment and without using pesticides or herbicides. Yield is limited to 2,500 kg/ ha and grapes are manually harvested and placed in 15 kg boxes.

Once the bunches and berries of Santa Cruz de Artazu Blanco have been selected, they’re gently pressed and the must obtained is fermented in barrels for 6 weeks. Finally, the wine ages in stainless steel tank for 27 months on its lees, with periodic movements.

Santa Cruz de Artazu Blanco originated with the intention of recovering the white Grenache of Navarre. A wine to discover with sensations of depth and authenticity. Founded in 1996, Artazu is one of the benchmarks of the Navarra D.O region.
