  • Cut the tortillas with a mold to make much smaller tortillas.
  • Make the pico de gallo (minced onion, pickled jalapeños, green pepper and tomato).
  • Make guacamole with avocado, grated tomato, minced onion, olive oil, pepper or tabasco to taste, salt and lime juice.
  • Have a little ranchero sauce in a bowl.
  • Prepare the minitacos by combining the sardines (xoubiñas) in olive oil with the rest of the ingredients.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

If you like it spicy, add some slices of Jalapenio but not too many or you Will kll the delicous taste of the sardine
