Straw-yellow cava with golden reflections, luminous, with fine bubbles, persistent and elegant. Intense fragrance, it displays aromas of ripe white fruit on a background of pastry and mocha with subtle citrus notes. Creamy texture, broad and persistent on the palate. Balanced acidity, with slight hints of rye bread and a long finish.

This cava is ideal to be enjoyed throughout the meal. Its creaminess in the mouth prevents it from saturating the palate. Being especially suitable for baked fish and meat. It is recommended to consume at 6 – 8 ºC
