Grown in the Western Andalusia area. They are selected for their size, needing at least 100 kg of these to select 1 kg of this size.

They are packed in olive oil. They are very rich in fiber and have a high content of folic acid. They contain vitamin B1, as well as copper, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and potassium.
