Luna Beberide Tiinto Mencía 2021

The young red Mencía 2021 is juicy and explosive, flowery and showy, produced from grapes from the valley in clay soils influenced by stones, which gives a very clear indication of what the variety is like. There is no great complexity, but it is delicious, Pleasant, diverse and tasty to drink. Fermented in stainless steel springs without the addition of yeast. Maceration is short, as is aging in the tank. It is only 12.9% alcohol and very good acidity. 125,000 bottles were produced. It was bottled in December 2021.
