The “Admiración” Iberian pork ham comes from an exceptional selection of our free-range pigs, grown in the best meadows with pastures and acorns in Montanera. Pieces chosen for their uniqueness. Aged for 36 months, in our own drying rooms, according to our traditional artisanal methods. At the end of the optimal maturation period for each product, we cut it into slices by hand and vacuum-pack it so that it can be consumed in a more direct and simple way.
