First Day of Harvest Arbequina is a limited edition oil commemorating the first day of harvest, i.e. the first 24 hours of focus. Every year, someone from the artistic, social, scientific world… shows their specific perspective on this magical day through the design of the label. This last edition was designed by Spanish fashion designer Roberto Verino.

Olive oil with an intense green color, harvested in early November. It has a medium fruity character of green olive and olive leaves, an aromatic fragrance and a balsamic complex with hints of mint and citrus.
This extra virgin olive oil from Canena (Jaén) is a single picual variety.
