The white asparagus is grown in the Ribera del Ebro and is harvested daily to preserve all its quality. They are carefully peeled and packaged as soon as possible so that they do not lose many of their properties, among which we distinguish the high content of fibre, vitamins A, B and C, potassium and phosphorus.

They are recommended in diets due to their low energy value.
