EASY STORAGE, EASY USE

For a uniform consistency, refrigerate the foie mousse at least 2 hours before opening and then cut into thin slices. Ideally, the mousse should be at room temperature at least five minutes before consumption.

As an addition, you can use our salty bakery products, thanks to which you will create a full and exquisite dish.
