Santa Cruz de Artazu Blanco comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 450 to 600 meters on white limestone-clay soil. Organic vine cultivation is carried out, respecting the environment and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Yield is limited to 2,500 kg/ha and the grapes are hand-picked and placed in 15 kg crates.

After the bunches and berries of Santa Cruz de Artazu Blanco are selected, they are gently pressed and the resulting must is fermented in barrels for 6 weeks. Finally, the wine is aged in a stainless steel tank for 27 months on the lees, with periodic movements.
Santa Cruz de Artazu Blanco was created with the intention of recovering the white Grenache from Navarre. A wine to discover with sensations of depth and authenticity. Established in 1996, Artazu is one of the benchmarks of the Navarra D.O. region.
