Le Rosé de Antidoto is a rosé presented at D.O. Ribera del Duero from Bodegas Antidoto, in San Esteban de Gormaz, Soria.
Bodegas Antidoto was created by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando. Bertrand Sourdais was one of the founders of Dominio de Atauta. He forged his career in large vineyards such as Álvaro Palacios and Château Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux. The old vineyards of the vineyard are located in one of the coldest areas of the Ribera de Duero, at an altitude of 1000 meters, in the province of Soria. These vineyards are grown organically.

Le Rosé de Antidoto is a wine made from Tinta del País and Albillo from a single plot, La Casilla, a “Grand Cru” located at 1000 meters on medium soils on the surface and limestone rocks in the layer.

After hand picking, the grapes are destalked before pressing, harvesting the free-range must directly without maceration as with champagne. The obtained must is fermented in new 600-litre barrels, where it then matures. With this wine, Sourdais combines its roots in the production of Spanish clarete wines.
