Selected octopus coming from the best origins. Made with the traditional technique, identical medallions are cut and packed one-by-one by hand. The octopus is surrounded in a Galician style sauce with olive oil, onions, paprika and a pinch of salt.
La Brujula octopus are delicate in flavor, firm, and not rubbery with smoky notes from the paprika sauce.
