Jamón de Bellota Ibérico cut by hand

The Admiracon acorn-fed Iberian pork ham comes from a delicate selection of our free-range pigs raised in the best meadows with pastures and acorns in Montanera.
Pieces selected for their uniqueness. Cured in our own dryers according to the experience of our traditionally artisanal methods, with 36 months of curing.

Once the optimal curing period estimated for each product is over, we slice the product by hand and vacuum pack it so it can be consumed in a more direct and simple way.

Serving and consumption

Open the package at least 10 minutes before serving.
Ideal for an aperitif served with sliced toasted bread (rubbed with tomatoes and olive oil), and accompanied with red wine.

The taste is spread all over the ham, but specially in the fat, so make sure you do not discard it.
