First Day of Harvest Arbequina is a limited edition of the oil recollected the first day of harvest, the first 24 hours of recollection. Each year, somebody from the artistic world, society, sciences… shows his peculiar view on this magical day through the design of the label. Last edition label has been designed by the Spanish fashion designer, Roberto Verino.

Olive oil of intense green color and harvested at the beginning of November, it has a medium fruitiness of green olive and olive leaf, a fragrant aroma and balsamic complex with notes of mint and citrus.
This virgin olive oil from Canena (Jaén) is a monovarietal of the picual variety.
