Fine sea salt for the kitchen

100% natural sea salt, harvested in the nature reserve of the saline fields on the island of Ibiza. Contains neither anticaking agents nor any other additives. Produced solely using traditional artisan methods, dried by the sun and then grounded. Ideal for daily use in the modern and healthy kitchen.

SAL de IBIZA is particularly rich in natural minerals and micronutrients, due to the careful extraction and the exceptionally good water quality in the nature reserve “Parque Natural de Ses Salines d’Eivissa”, where our salt is harvested. After almost 2.800 years of uninterrupted cultivation, these salines were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.
